Yoga / Detox ( with Diana Jost )

The YOGA/DETOX holiday can be either an introduction to yoga for you, or if already experienced you can use these five days to deepen your own practice. We will adjust the level of instruction to suit each individual.

On a daily basis you will have two meditation sessions and two yoga classes including asanas ( postures), pranayama( breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques. You will be served breakfast, a light lunch and dinner, all based on simple, but pure, healthy, vegetarian yoga food.
To help the detoxifying process of your body, we use special foods and natural supplements to help eliminate accumulated toxins. Yoga has a very detoxifying effect on the organs, and our yoga classes focus on poses beneficial to the detox process. Diseases are born in the body, and their root is over toxicity( body pollution caused by heavy metals, çesticides, preservatives and other foreign toxins). More ans more diseases are caused by our modern lifestyle therefore cleansing is an essential physical process that brings health and happiness..

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Retreat ( with Annette & Daniel ) 

An Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Retreat is perfect for total relaxing. Here you can learn Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from the base or you can go deeper into your Mysore-yoga practice. We look at different aspects of yoga, meditation and Pranayama and Asana technique, yoga philosophy and Vedic chanting. It gives space for inspiration, transformation and healing and the way you can recover you dazzling!

Yoga and yogamassage: The day starts with a silent meditation and Pranayama. Right after this we practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and on tree afternoons we focus more on Asana technique, yoga philosophy and Vedic Chanting.


Classes are held in the large, light yoga room overlooking the sea. In the small group there is space for you as an individual: advanced can be specifically supported and can deepen and developº their Ashtanga yoga practice more (1st and 2nd series). Beginners learn Ashtanga Yoga Sequence how they need it. Annette motivates, inspires and stimulates their students. This is always done with ease and with a wink. With her experience and intuition she creates a warm climate in where you feel you´re in good hands at all times.
For complete relaxation you will receive a massage on a certain moment in the week. Daniel´s combination(60min) of gentle Thai yoga stretches, sports massage and energy work effectively dissolves muscle tension and increases mobility- a luxury we allow ourselves much too rare!

Holistic Riding and Yoga
A unique program that addresses the person as a whole. Yoga for Equestrians, offers a refreshing and innovative path toward achieving a dynamic, harmonious union with the horses, and serves you on your exciting journey of self-discovery, leading to the balance integration of body, mind, spirit, and horse.


 Good to know:
-      at Sunday we will have an introduction circle before Dinner and 20pm a   Yoga meditation
-      4th day Thursday after lunch free time for relax or other activities
-      at Saturday after Yoga and breakfast will be the end-ceremony
-      no previous knowledge or experience in neither yoga or riding is required to participate in our course.

YOGA
Each morning will begin with quiet reflection and development of the breath. Followed by a combination of conducted and Mysore style classes which will accommodate and extend practitioners of all levels. The four afternoon classes will support the morning practice and will cover fundamentals of asana, bandha, pranayama, yoga philosophy, chanting and stillness. Dena's authentic and holistic approach; inspire a passion for self-discovery and reflection. This will be further enhanced by a full day of silence and fresh juices.

Dena has been studying and practicing traditional ashtanga yoga for over 25 years. She is one of Sri K.Pattabhi Jois's most advanced female students. Having completed the fourth series in 1996 she is certified by the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute of Mysore South India to teach this method. Jack and Dena were married by Guruji in 1997. The arrival of Zoli currently 11 and Izac now 8 has completed the family picture. The path of motherhood has added a gentle compassion to Dena’s disciplined yet lyrical style of teaching. Assisted by Jack, family warmth and a love of the practice shine through to create a safe yet provoking class atmosphere.
