The Event

One week to get in tune with oneself and with the all pervading life force, through Qigong, the millenary Art of Energy, sitting and dynamic meditation techniques, stories of the wise ones of the east, as well as through walks on pristine wild beaches and baths in invigorating Atlantic Ocean.

During this retreat, Pragata will introduce on top of the 18 Lohan Hands a whole new dimension called Lohan Arts, for developing internal force. Old students will be amazed by the power of these new forms
